- We do not sell either counterfeit goods or copyright material.
- All items are sold as collectables and we are not legally certified to state that any mains powered products are safe for connection or operation. They are therefore valued as the collection of their parts, including box, paperwork, certificates, instructions and packing.
- All items are ours to sell and we do not operate sales on a ‘sale or return’ or a ‘retained commission’ basis.
- All goods are described accurately without any intention to mislead.
- Any error on our part is strictly accidental and unintentional and will be corrected without demur if pointed out in a civilized manner.
- All sales are final and a commitment to purchase binds the buyer into a contract to pay.
- None payment will be viewed as breach of contract and such buyers will be barred from any future activity in the shop.
- We do not offer a change of mind policy and all sales are final.
- All items are invisibly marked with a unique code before being despatched. If a return has to be made, the returned item can then be verified as the one we sent out!
- Any item returned for whatever reason will be at the buyer’s postal expense.
- Any item returned that is said to be faulty that subsequently proves to be buyer operational error, will be returned to the buyer upon payment by them of the return postage.
- All items are sent out using a compulsory, traceable, fully insured service. A small portion of the postage charge is to cover the ‘bomb proof’ packaging that all of our items are despatched in. If you wish to save money by having your valuable item despatched in a skimpy plastic bag, please feel free to look elsewhere for your models as we do not treat them in this way!
