Hornby R2343A Southern Region Class Q1 steam tender locomotive

This highly collectable model is the original and powerful Hornby Super Detail R2343A DCC ready model of the original SR, Southern Region, Class Q1 0-6-0 tender steam locomotive numbered C21. It is powered by the latest 5-pole skew wound motor that is in the locomotive.  This locomotive/model is in mint factory fresh condition and has been shelf stored since its manufacture in 2004.  It has never seen or been on a layout.  The correctly labelled original box is in a bright, unfaded, intact and sharp condition.  Inside the box, a moulded white polystyrene surround protects the model.  Apart from our digipic, this model has never been removed from the box and is complete with all packing pieces, protective coverings and spacers.  The original paperwork and instruction sheet remains with the model. The original Hornby outer box is in a bright, sharp, unfaded and fully intact mint condition.  In all respects this model is in exactly the condition you would wish to receive it so bid with confidence on a very fine model.  It is DCC ready.
