This is the Bachmann 31956 model of the LNER, 4-6-2 Class A4 steam locomotive Golden Eagle. This item was only available for 1 year in 1997. It is finished in the LNER green livery with double white boiler bands. The motor is mounted in the locomotive and the 8-wheel tender is the corridor version. The running number is 4482 and the locomotive has the single chimney, wired handrails and unvalanced wheels. The model is mint unused, factory fresh condition. It has been test run to ensure it works. It is supplied in its original Bachmann box with the original full length graphics card, guarantee card, maintenance instructions, name plate pack, super detail brake rod fitment and driver/fireman figurines. The models are still in their original despatch tissue and are totally as new. The original box is correctly labelled and is the window type. The model predates DCC but should be an easy conversion with the correct Bachmann chip.
