This is the Bachmann 32556 model of the LNER wartime black unlined V2 Class 2-6-2 steam locomotive. This item was only available for 1 year in 1992. It is finished in the LNER all matt black livery with gold lettering and wired handrails. The motor is mounted in the locomotive and the tender is the 6 wheel none corridor version. The running number is 3650 and the locomotive has black multi spoked wheels. The model is in mint unused condition. It is supplied in its original Bachmann box with the original maintenance instructions and super detail brake rod fitments. The models are still protected by their original despatch tissue. The original box is the window type with the locomotive history printed on the underside of the full length full colour protective outer flap that is hinged to the main box. The model predates DCC but should be an easy conversion with a little skill and the correct Bachmann chip.
