This model is the Hornby Coronation class pacific 4-6-2 steam locomotive City of Bristol. These extremely powerful locomotives were mainly used for express passenger duties on the arduous west coast main line to Scotland. The RN is 6237 and the models are finished in LMS matt crimson livery. It was originally manufactured in 1985. This is a tender powered model with the Hornby Ringfield motor. The model is in mint unrun condition & supplied in original correctly labelled box with silhouette graphics card. This item predates DCC but should be an easy conversion with the correct Hornby chip.
