This model is the Hornby R2066 Class 4F Fowler designed 0-6-0 tender locomotive. Originally designed in 1911 for the LMS, this BR derivative RN is 44331 and the model is finished in the BR matt black livery. The model was originally manufactured in 1998 for just 1 year. The model is in mint condition and is supplied in the original correctly labelled but slightly scuffed Hornby box. It is complete with the original instructions which have some light staining. The model obviously predates DCC but may be convertible using a suitable proprietary Hornby DCC chip.
